Instructions for Sending Your Files
Send your artwork files to us is quick and easy and very reliable. Follow the instructions below to get started.
All Users
After sending your files, send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it and let us know the name of your file.
Macintosh Users
All files should be compressed using Stuffit or (if you are using OS X Tiger, Zipped) before sending. If you do not already have FTP software, you can download a free trial version from the following place: Download Transmit
Once you have downloaded Transmit, follow these instructions:
- Open Transmit and click on the Go menu item and select 'Connect To Server...'.
- Enter the following information:
- Server: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
- User Name and all the other fields: leave blank
- Click the Connect button
- After connecting, double-click on the Incoming folder.
- You can now drag your files into the window to send them.
Windows Users
All files should be compressed using Zip before sending. Windows Internet Explorer has built-in FTP. Follow these instructions to send files:
- Click on this link in a new Explorer window: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
- After connecting, click on the Incoming folder.
- You can now drag your files into the window to send them.
